Clint Swift has over 14 years of experience in residential house construction and has worked in many different fields of the industry, starting as a carpenter and working his way up to a Construction Supervisor for a major two storey
perth home builder, and then creating Swiftbuild & Design in 2006.
Sandra Swift has a background in accounting, and has assisted in the account keeping of Multi National Billion Dollar companies. Sandra is responsible for paying our trades and client liaison and general admin.
Our trades are people we have used before, we dont get just any trades person off the street. We have built up a trade base of reliable quality trades that want to work for Swiftbuild & Design, because they know that we are an organised and stable company. If a trade is required that we dont have, we make sure that who ever we employ has their work checked before they start with us. We currently have these regular trades: Bricklayers, Roof carpenters, Electricians, Plumbers, Cabinet Makers, Laboures, Roof Tilers, Roof Plumbers, Engineers, Plasterers, Ceramic Tilers, Grano Workers and Ceiling Fixers. Most of these trades we have used for over 5 years, some have been used for over 10 years.
Swiftbuild & Design provides a cost effective building service, with an emphasis on very close personalised service to the client. We go out of our way to make sure the client is satisfied.
